Entrevista
I got the first interview through on campus recruiting. This interview was with two store team leaders on my campus. I was asked 4 behavior questions which all were found in the previous posts. I was also asked to go through my resume and why I wanted to work at Target. Things like that. Before this interview, I completed the online application and online assessment. The online assessment isn't too difficult, but spend a little bit of time on it. A week later I recieved a call saying I was invited to a second round of interviews in the city I was applying for. I scheduled my interviews, which were 2 1:1 interviews. One was with a district team leader and the other with the HR person. These both were 4 behavioral questions and then some basic- why target. Why this position. Tell me what you know about this position. I got asked all the questions I didn't have the best answers prepared for naturally. I'm don't have a lot of experience with interviews so although I didn't get the position, this interview experience was beneficial for me.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role

Entrevista
It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.

The interview was straightforward and to the point. Situation based interview, what would you do in this certain scenario. Interviewer was very friendly, and welcoming. They want to make sure that you have what it takes to be a leader
