I applied for three positions (two were the same: one was seasonal, one was not) and got a call from someone at Target about 4 days later. She reiterated that it was for early morning and the time that I would be needed at the store if I got the job. She did not tell me which job this interview would be for though. We scheduled it for two days later. I arrived to the interview ten minutes early and had to wait fifteen minutes before someone from the office finally came to get me and bring me to the back. I then had to wait fifteen more minutes (now twenty minutes past when my interview was supposed to begin) before my interviewer came. The Back Room Team Leader asked me some standard questions then four situational questions where I had to give the situation, method used, and outcome. All his questions came from a paper and he barely looked at me. He asked if I had any questions for him and he rushed through his answer then rushed me out before letting me ask anything else. I waited around for another five minutes when someone from Logistics came to interview me as well. She was much nicer than the first guy; more conversational and friendly in general. She asked me similar questions, why Target and four or five situation questions. After answering my questions, she told me that I would hear from them either that day or the next. She repeated it multiple times so I assumed that Target was big on letting their interviewees know whether or not they got the job in a timely manner. It's now been a few days and I still haven't heard back so I'm assuming I didn't get the job. I'm not bothered that I didn't get the job, I'm annoyed that I was told multiple times that I would absolutely be hearing from them.

Easy direction and nice to speak with. Met in the lunch room tho so it could’ve been more professional. Still has a pleasant experience and made it easy to accept the position
