Speedy but very impersonal, group interview which promoted alot of cross talk and some individuals being stiffled vocally. The interviewer was a bit unreactive and focused more on self rather than gaining deeper insight to interviewees

On the website, you upload a video of why you’d be a good fit and what you will be bringing to the organization then you are shortlisted for an in person interview. From then on, you may be invited to a follow up interview and/or a decision will be made if you are a successful candidate or not.
