Here are the steps for the interview process back in 2009:
1. Went through TCS website to add my profile and resume
2. Got an email from the HR dept for intial round of interview
3. Multiple choice Aptitude test
4. Personal interview by a panel of 3-4 technical people
5. HR interview
6. After selection you will have to find project and give another technical interview with the team
