The interview process was professional and mainly technical. It started with a short introduction about my background and previous work experience. Then the technical team asked practical electrical engineering questions related to plant operation and maintenance, such as VFD maintenance, harmonic distortion, transformer testing, diesel generator load sharing, cable sizing, grounding, and electrical room health checks. HR also asked some general questions about my experience, availability, and interest in the role. Overall, the interview was detailed, practical, and focused on real field experience.
