Technical Person 1 - Asked some static problem by showing a truss to solve the reaction forces, and some other basic dynamics and then behavioral questions. Technical Person 2 - How does the accelerometer measure the acceleration from electrical point of view? A few questions about the response of the accelerometer, what is the equation of wave in classical mechanics, how do we measure and model the vibrations, etc. that I answered them all. Behavioral Person - Asked about how I deal with bad behavior from coworkers and how would I react to it, etc. Technical Person 3 (Technical Manager): * When and in what applications do we use 3D shell elements? * Why do you want to do this work, given that what we do is very easy for you, and you might get board? * Your background is not close to what we do, if I give you the chance how long will it take you to catch up? * Can you give me a timeline about how long it will take you to get there? Technical Person 4 (HM): * What are the parameters to identify a wave? * What is the equivalent strength of a system of springs? * What is the unit of damping in the equation of motion and show how you derive it? * What is the Coulomb damping? and a few more basic.

Technical Person 1 - I answered all the questions Technical Person 2 - Except for how accelerometer work electrically that I did not know, I answered all of the questions. Behavioral Person - I answered all of the questions. Technical Person 3 - I responded to the first question, to which he said my answer is correct, but not complete. For the rest of the questions, I answered the question on the fly as I did not know exactly but to say but I answered on the fly, but as soon as he asked the second question I knew they are not going to give it to me, because the other panel members already had told me that he is the one who decides. Technical Person 4 (HM) - Other than the Coulomb damping that I just forgot when he asked I answered the rest.
