Please do not expect professionalism from the HRs or the any other person here. 1. The HRs message anytime they want. Even at 9pm in the evening. 2. There is a huge communication gap between the HR and the tech managers. 3. They will ask for documents saying they are starting the offer generation process. Will not even tell you what they are offering but expect you to give all the documents. And then will ghost you. 4. If you ask for the reason as to why you have not received an answer, will say that you replied late and that is why they selected someone else. (Mind you, for them even a gap of 1 hour is late replying). 5. Once they send some rubbish reply, they will stop answering your calls and say that you called after office hours, though their own HRs message after 5.30pm. 6. No professionalism whatsoever.
