I responded to an online job ad and the department manager emailed me. We spoke on the phone and he arranged the interview time. I went to their offices downtown were in the National City Bank building and quite nice. Initially, I met directly with the Technical Operations Manager in his office. Then we went to a larger room and he invited some other people from the department to join us.
