It was good, they asked easy questions and I didn't mind it nothing was unexpected. They made me an offer on the spot and I agreed to it. The lady was really nice and made things easy for me

Group interview followed by one-on-one interview. This part is just to make sure you're not criminally insane. Then you're scheduled for a trial shift, where some random person will be assigned to judge if you'll succeed at the job. There is no rhyme or reason to this process. Just make some effort to try to get sales, and try to be cool.
