Telephone Interview: Linux How do you change a user’s password? How do you add a user? IIS Do you know what a virtual directory is? How do you change or restore permissions if you get a "permission denied" error? There was a question about GPO and Active directory.

I'm not sure I got the first question correct. I was thrown of by the highly technical nature of the question. I've been told for years that an IT worker needs to improve his 'soft skills', and have been complimented on my technical skills so many times I didn't expect to be found lacking with such a simple series of questions. But managed to convince the interviewer to let me come in and take the written exam.
