Honesty, Driven, Focused. I don't remember the exact answer to elaborate those 3 words but basically, they want to see somebody who's willing to learn since most of the knowledge about FX market you don't learn in school and they want someone ho can learn quick on the job. Honesty was a good answer in my opinion since you don't want an employee who commits financial fraud at the highest level within the company
