I found this one really hard but just think about any time you may have bent the rules to satisfy a customer I gave the example of when I was a waitress and a customer came in for their birthday. The previous year we had given them complimentary cake I asked for my managers permission do the same for them the following year he said no. I gave them the cake and didn't charge them for it as I felt it was the fair thing to do I raised it with the assistant manager and we had the policy changed so we were allowed to give away complimentary cake on birthdays.
