Tell me about a time when you worked with a difficult team member.
Sigiloso
I gave an example of a time where a technician, by skill and seniority, was expected to lead junior members. But he was not. I said at first glance it may appear he was difficult to work with, but in reality it was a misalignment of expectations. He was interested in technology, not leadership. So I shifted his focus on technical tasks, and trained and promoted another team member with leadership skills. The result was everyone was happier and more productive.
