Tell me about a time where a study coordinator was difficult to work with?

At this point even if a study coordinator has a bad attitude at least they are responsive. My most difficult SC was unresponsive and I had to escalate it with the PI, when that wasn't working I ran it up the chain within my manager until we got a response.
