While working at a startup, I was asked to evaluate the market and competitive landscape of our initial market. The initial segment was overly saturated and showed that we weren't going to be able to capture the amount of the market we wanted. even though I was an intern, I put together a presentation using a market and competitive analysis and pitched we pivot towards a new market that ulmitaltey was successful.
