I totally agree with the first answer. I work in the backroom and recently there was a mistake that happened in the backroom where a truck was not acknowledged, which messed up with the "pulls" during the 11 o'clock hour and the Noon pulls. The pulls were massive, what happened was that after the flow team filled the shelves, the computer never reset. Because there were only two of us on at the time, we missed both pulls because there was too much to pull. The mistake was that we did not ask for help. Another mistake that I saw the other team member do was that he just threw the blame on another team member and would complain about it. The best thing to do is, accept that there is an issue with the pulls, contact the LOD and continue to pull the items.
