I have the exact same experience, but the HR was there when i get interviewed, He keeps insulting and criticizing her in front of me for weird reasons. At the end of the day i declined his offer to start working there and the HR that was there in my interview tell me about the nightmare of working there.

I answered based on my CV and experience, but turns out the way I answered the question didn’t match his standard. He called me no brainer and keep scolding me. He was so proud that he doesn’t need a HR team to do hiring– ironic because he keep posting the same job opening for months, showing his lack of capabilities doing talent scouting.

Yea I agree, don't waste your time interviewing at this company guys, so not worth it
