I am sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience throughout the interview process. Yes, the process at times can move very quickly for candidates it really depends on when the resumes are received. If you are one of the first received the process may seem longer if you are one closer to the final interviews it may seem swift pace because the hiring manager may see something they are really impressed with. Ultimately, we try to find the candidate who best fits the position, company, and culture and vice versa. We often hold on to candidate resumes as well in case they are not quite the fit for one position and another position comes up that they may be a better fit for.
