Hi. My name is Faisal Raza and im graduate in B.Com(IT). Its been 12 years of my professional career. Start 2010 as a sales manager in a lahore first modern fittness gym and showroom “Bodytalk” lahore for 3 years. Where i deal with two juniors, there daily tasks, also deal with live walk-in customers, sales, stock keeping, cash and other cooperate clients to provide them quotations for their societies gym equipments such as askari gym Bahria town Lahore Islamabad. After that i joine Zong in 21st sept 2013 as a customer service representative and achieving my targets quality stats and QC i have been selected as a backup team lead. 2015 i was nominated top employee of the month twice in 2nd lead and third month i was succeeded to achieve 1st lead as a top employee. After that i was also got top quality star, best male of the floor and by the grace of Allah as per internal hiring policy i have been promoted as a Team Leader Inbound in 21st sept 2017. Due to my good performance i moved in outbound sales as a sales team leader considering a token of appreciation .due to WFH permanent implementation May 25th 2022 I resigned from Zong
