I went thought my positions in IT and said what I have been doing and which technologies I used. The initial feedback I have been given via recruiter was that I failed to explain a technical thing to a non-technical person when in fact I was not even asked to explain anything. When I chased further she replayed her cards and said I was using too much technical phrases while describing my previous roles and jumping from "one thing to another". Hmm, but I am a technical person who were asked about my previous roles and was not told to deliver it so that non technical person can understand them. I was describing many roles I have been though during a 10 years in a single company hence I had many different roles which she took as I am jumping from one to another. I feel been discriminated based on nationality.
