Be brief: State your name, what value you can bring to the table (i.e. bilingual), a brief summary of your jobs, (your reputation, what you are known for) what other supervisors/managers say about you, and end it with: "...and I strongly believe that my skills, education and experience make me an asset to (your company)" -that should give you an idea. The idea is to show your confidence.
