This at first seemed like the most simple question (in every college class that you have regarding interviews, they caution you that the number thing that you don't want to start rambling about is your personal "self" (growing up, lifestyle, etc.) so I began with my professional history but they said that they weren't as interested in that as they were with my personal background which seemed very odd and threw me off guard a bit.
