I am a pretty good communicator. I like to make sure I effectively communicate and coordinate with people. Especially when someone is relying on my communication to possibly advance in something as important as a recruitment process. Also, I like to think I have a good understanding of professional respect. For example, I wouldn't miss an interview, and then fail to reschedule, and then go with another candidate on the basis of them being a better fit.
