I am forward thinking proactive thinking person. I like to do my best at all times and try to improve on my job so that it easier for myself, those who work with or for me and those that may follow me to understand what was done and why the job was performed in that manner. I try not to leave anything up to chance, because chances are a problem could occur that could cause me time and money. I like things that challenge my mind so in that way I can grow and my team along with me.
