Honestly, this interview was a complete waste of time. While the description of this role does suggest the creation of light graphics, during the interview, the hiring manager wanted a complete web redesign, animation, and motion graphics for a position that's geared toward blog writing. When I brought up SEO for the site, he didn't know any best practices. I got the impression he is an old-school type of business person who is just out of touch with the current reality of online marketing.
