First, access what the issue was. Deeply apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Show empathy, and discuss what the customer what you can do to make it better or if they have any suggestions that we both can agree on. Showing the customer that we care is our concern. Its not all about getting new business but to maintain excellence customer service so we can retain what we have already!
