I lead with clarity, accountability, and development as a core expectation—not a nice-to-have. I start by aligning the team to clear outcomes and metrics, so everyone knows what success looks like. From there, I focus on putting the right people in the right roles and giving them ownership, while staying close enough to remove obstacles and coach in real time. On development, I’m very intentional—I tailor it to the individual. For high performers, that means stretch assignments and visibility. For others, it’s more hands-on coaching and skill-building tied to business needs. I also build a culture of feedback where we’re continuously improving, not just during formal reviews. Ultimately, my goal is to build teams that can operate independently at a high level—where I’m not the bottleneck, and we’re consistently raising the bar on performance and capability.
