I gave a pretty standard behavioral interview response: context -- was working with colleagues and had confusing, paradoxical results from a well-known public data set action -- we did some additional search and reached out to mutual connections who had also used this data set before. Turns out there was a common issue that was discussed on a forum that resolved the issue in a straightforward way result --we were able to finish our analyses and present the results at a conference to other scholars.
