Tough assignment in school. Had to work as a team on many different pieces. One teammate never wanted to do any work. So I took her aside and talked about what the expectations would be and what she wanted to work on. We agreed on something she liked. We did the rest of the work. Everyone contributed and we could all give good teammate assessments.
