take home case study followed by in person interviews with team and HR. process took about 6-8 weeks from first contact to offer. took about 1 week to hear back between interview rounds
Communication was quite slow as recruiters often took a long time to respond between stages (was told he/she missed my email)
I also got the impression that overtime is common. Recruiters frequently reached out after office hours, and I was told that “nobody really leaves on time" & "ppl usually bring work home" which raised some concerns about work-life balance.

Typical government interview with a structured process, progression between rounds made quite quickly and swiftly first through HR then subsequently multiple rounds and then a panel before the Managing Director round
