The process was pretty standard. Do a take home Codility assignment with 3 questions and then a 3 hour virtual interview with several members of the team. The questions weren't too difficult. Like a few of the reviews mentioned, the recruiter mentioned that there were positive comments for me, but then I was given a rejection letter within a couple days. Understandable because he did warn me that they were interviewing someone else for the role. But beware, it seems the recruiting team likes to get your hopes up, only to send a pretty generic copy and paste rejection letter. My piece of advice would be to temper your expectations until they offer you the job. It's all part of the hiring game, but just know that Tempus has a habit of interviewing several candidates for the role. So even if you did well, doesn't mean you'll get the job.
