I never reached the interview stage. I applied for the Test Analyst role and met all the essential requirements listed in the job description. Despite this, my application was rejected with no meaningful feedback. After pushing for clarification, I was told it was due to commute distance—despite the role being advertised as hybrid and fully commutable by public transport. The explanation felt inconsistent and dismissive, particularly given the high volume of applicants they stated. Overall, the experience felt impersonal, unprofessional, and not reflective of a company that claims to value candidates or quality. A disappointing process from start to finish.

2 to 3 interview rounds and a technical test. It was a good experience as far as interviews go. All of the interviewers were easy to talk to and made the process enjoyable.
