Submit your application online, ie a cv. Then was asked to do an online questionnaire, mostly situational judgement questions but quite tricky, only allowed to get 2 or 3 wrong. Then asked to come for an interview. Didn't get the job as I couldn't make it to one of the training days.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
