Entrevista
Called to tell me I was invited to an interview then was given Mini-Interviews. Then on another day a 15-minute test for shop item picking, which was timed. We were then contacted a week later and offered the job. Same week induction and then started the next day.
The interview went very easy. They asked 4 questions and informed me that they will call me in the end of the week. I got call the day itself of the interview and I got the job.

Informal friendly process. Was put at ease and really enjoyed the process.
Questions were about my own experience both personal and professional which I was able to draw on. Interviewer appeared very interested in what I was saying.
