The finale is a group exercise that involved building a paper tower with glue tall as possible.

Everything was conducted in an orderly and professional manner, one of the better interviews I've seen. Questions weren't too difficult, just prepare beforehand with knowing your CV back to front and prepare questions about previous experience, strengths, weaknesses and such!
