Very informal but didn’t receive much feedback throughout, decided role wasn’t for me as they seem to be a bit clicky and very much Tesco is king and not sure work life balance

Filled in a form on line and invited for interview. Interview went well but felt like there was a candidate chosen prior to the interview. It was all clear on my CV and filling of the forms that I had been studying. The reason given for the refusal was wrong as there was also experience on generalist and CIPD 7 qualification was at the highest of their request. They then promised to sent an email to explain which never arrived
