First part of the interview, having been invited to join them for a day, after applying on line, was with one of their assessors taking you on a drive around the city of Lichfield. Upon their recommendation you were then invited into an interview with one of the transport managers. This was very relaxed and informal. The manager would then tell you wether or not you would likely, or not, be invited to join the company.
