Applied online and then had an interview at the store, quite a lot of different questions about various things . The person conducting the interview was friendly. They then contacted me to let me know how I got on.

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
