I had one interview with one interviewer. Pretty basic questions about yourself and why you’d like the role. A few “describe a time when” questions. Found the interview relaxed and had a call the same day to offer me the position

Interview was around 2.5 hours in total. Started with a group interview then 20 minutes on the shop floor shadowing a checkout colleague then finally a 1 to 1 interview with a manager.

Nice environment. Kind people. Asked the right questions and I felt I could ask any questions i had. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would recommend to other people to do an interview with them.
