Entrevista
First interview with the talent acquisition team, all good
Second interview with the training director EMEA, we had a wonderful interaction, on the same page regarding many aspects of training and how to manage and
motivate a team. And this is where all the problems started... We CLEARLY agreed with the training director that I would move on to the next step which is the business case, she told me HR department would get back to me very shortly to schedule the business case. No news after 10 days, so I legitimately emailed the talent acquisition team to have updates regarding the next interview... the answer was “we are interviewing other candidates and will get back to you shortly”. This started to smell bad.
2 week after, the same person emails me saying they finally chose another candidate, regardless the fact that I did not have the chance to present the business case I have been CLEARLY promised. She added “I’ll call you tomorrow to give you a feedback”. As a result : no call the day after, nor the week after. I send a text (no answer) and an email to know when she will have the chance to call me, still no news.
As far as I’m concerned Tesla is a shame regarding interviews and how they treat candidates, a regular family owned pawnshop would have not treated a candidate as bad as they did. This was a despicable experience.
