Metric based questions along with behavioral questions. Centered around team goals as well as personal metrics. What innovative ways can you find new talent? What volume of recruiting suits you?
The interview process was extremely quick. There were 4 rounds in total, and I received feedback within 24 - 48 hours. The recruiter was nice and answered all of my questions in preparation for the interview. They also provided interview tips without asking.

The process for scheduling and submitting pre-interview questions felt a bit manual and back-and-forth. It might be more seamless if interview time selection and any pre-interview questions were integrated directly into the online job application or online, rather than being handled via multiple emails afterward.
