There was an initial phone interview, and a follow-up in-person interview with the supervisor of the team I was to join as well as the senior adjuster (who holds some supervisory duties). There was a written portion before the in-person interview began which was a basic questionnaire about workers' compensation handling and regulations. The position I applied for required no previous knowledge in the field, so I did my best and used context clues.
