Very disappointed in the interview process. I applied and spoke with the recruiter and then had an interview with two people, one of whom would have been my manager. I was even told I was one of the top applicants. I never heard back from anyone afterwards even after emailing the recruiter and telling him that I assumed I hadn't moved forward in the process. It's just incredibly disappointing that even having been one of the few who apparently progressed to an actual interview that recruiters don't have the decency to email/respond to let you know that you aren't moving forward. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm in this job market.
