One of the worst experiences I had with Thales. It was in the screening phase, where I had to discuss about myself. The HR was firstly 15 minutes late, and she was not based in UK, even though the role is in UK. She kept her camera off.The way of speaking was too unprofessional. She told that I will work on an algorithm in the job role, whose technicalities I fairly knew, but did not work explicitly on that, but I told her I am always eager to learn and catch up, then she said "You are not here to learn, you wont be allowed to learn here, you will have to get the ground running once you are here ". At that moment, I decided I will not work here even if I get the job. Thankfull I got the rejection email sometime back, but yes I will not recommend this organization at all.
