After buying a ridiculously overpriced shirt at one of the stores, an employee suggested I work there...I applied online and got an interview scheduled for the next day. Two managers interviewed me in the back of the store, but made me wait five minutes first because one of them was assisting someone with trying on jeans. (We had a set time!) Then they drilled me on why I wanted to work there-I was asked that three times!- I feel that I answered the questions politely and completely but they did not seem satisfied. The woman manager was condescending because I had a degree (I feel that she was jealous) and perhaps because I was over qualified. Just my opinion. Overall a negative experience, they were very rude to me!

Super quick and easy. The woman who interviews me was very kind and understanding to it being my first retail job. I was offered a job on the spot and was able to ask any lingering questions I had about the role and profession.

Entrevista
Very simple. No behaviour questions. It was basically all about me. We talked about hobbies, availability, college plans. It was like a fun conversation and not a hard, daunting, scary interview.

They bring you in to ask basic interview questions. Make sure you completely dress the part. I was told before the interview by an associate that I should wear clothes they sell there. She didn't go into detail but I take that as they won't hire you if you don't.
