Recieved email to contact them after completing online screening process. Interview took place on the sales floor, was very brief ( approx. 10 min). Basic questions, why Buckle, what skills do you have that apply? What was your main focus at your previous job? Was told I would recieve an email either way within a few days. I did recieve the email stating that they were not interested in pursuing me for the position.

My interview was very quick — I met a manager in the store and interviewed there. My educational background more than qualified me for the position and I was hired right away.
