Very informal and laid back. Scenario type and personality inquiries. It was also about finding out information about the restaurant, how much of the restaurant I knew and what research I did.

The interview process was easy and definitely worth it. I actually had two interviews, one with a regular manager and then one with the GM. Asked about gap in resume.

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.
