In office interview about past experiences. When hired on, there is a week full of in-class study followed by 2 foodrun follow shifts; 2 server follow shifts. except at least 2 weeks of training before having a shift.

Simple interview process. Go in person and answer some basic questions with floor manager and they'll let you know if you got the job or not pretty much right there. Pretty sure everyone will get in.
