They needed someone who can speak Chinese Mandarin. I applied by sending my resume to the hiring manager's email. Got replied the next day and scheduled the first interview three days later. The interview was pretty informal/ conversational. The interviewer was the CEO of the company and basically just asked my career goal, why am I interested in this position, and briefly introduced their company history and its current opportunity to open up a new market in China. It ended by scheduling a second interview, which was basically come up with a business plan as how you would accomplish the business development strategy, how to do research, how to approach potential clients and to follow up They ended up not hiring this position because of their budget cut.
