The interview process for the Planner Intern role at TFG consisted of a single round with a panel of two interviewers. Both interviewers were kind, understanding, and accommodating, which made the experience less intimidating and more conversational. The questions were straightforward and included typical behavioural questions, such as discussing my strengths. Overall, the process felt supportive and allowed me to present myself authentically.
